Leah Lollipop was amazing! The activities were age appropriate, but most importantly it was fun. Kids were engaged and excited about gymnastics. Leah was well-prepared, enthusiastic and in-control of the lesson. There were students who were reluctant to join, but she eased their anxiety and made them feel comfortable. I would welcome Leah again to our school. ~ Alex Aitken Elementary, Duncan, BC (April 18, 2013)
Program was informative and interactive. Participants enjoyed various activities and movements. People enjoyed the content and the ‘take away’ materials to use.
“This is definitely a program I would recommend to colleagues and friends.” ~ Vancouver Board of Education, Vancouver, BC (November 30, 2012)
Thank you very much for the wonderful ideas and inspiration! ~ Jessie Wowk School, Richmond, BC (January 18, 2013)
Great session; kids enjoyed the variety of activities. ~ Gabriola Elementary, Gabrilola Island, BC (February 6, 2013)
Sessions were great, useful and very helpful, well done! ~ Lord Roberts, Vancouver, BC (April 4-6, 2013)
Positive, engaging with the students, knowledgeable! “We loved it! (Instructor) was personable, funny, knowledgeable. Provided fun, easy to do activities for us to engage in that are easily doable with kids. Took the ‘fear’ out of teaching gymnastics as he focused on movement and love of physical activity – demystified gymnastics, not just limited to gymnastics – integrated into other areas of PLO’s , didn’t just focus on the ‘best’ – rather success for all, great progressions of cartwheel, shoulder roll skills, etc.” ~ Charles Dickens Elementary, Vancouver BC (April 2-4, 2013)
Teachers and students raved, student responses were “that’s the best gym time ever” and “it was so great” and “how come she’s only coming once.” Teachers responses “we need more sessions like that” and “can we do that again next year.” I think that says it all. ~ Aspen Park Elementary, Comox, BC (June 6, 2013)
Teachers reported a fantastic session with Andrea. They were keen to look at the resources and incorporated ideas. ~ Saseenos Elementary, Sooke, BC (January 15, 2013)
