Cross Training

GBC PLAY clubs are the perfect location for other sport groups and organization to develop gymnastics skills to further enhance their performance in another sport.

All sports will benefit from cross training with the most common sports including skiing, hockey, wake boarding and snowboarding.

Most cross training includes:

  • teaching athletes body and spatial awareness;
  • working on coordination with small and large apparatus;
  • exploring movement patterns;
  • developing flexibility;
  • teaching team work;
  • team bonding.
